ENISA (European Union Agency for Network and Information Security) publiserer rapport: Smart Grid Security Certification in Europe

«The report, aims to attract the interest of the smart grid experts and the support of certification authorities on open issues of security certification in smart grid environments. The increasing need for smart grid certification derives from the lack of control over the power supply chain (cables, solar panels, wind turbines, etc.), introduced by smart grid automation. The report describes the need for harmonised European smart grid certification practices which cover the complete smart grid supply chain, and are supported by a European platform based on M/490 SGAM1 (Smart Grid Architecture Model) and the concept of smart grid chain of trust.»
