This Regulatory White Paper presents the views of the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) and National Regulatory Authorities in the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER) on the European Commission’s proposals related to the role of the electricity Distribution System Operator (DSO).
